We also supply wild sockeye salmon from Alaska and Scotland, working closely with our regular partners there.

Speed is of the utmost importance for freezing fish. Neerlandia Urk has various facilities to quickly freeze salmon. This way the structure of our fish is not affected and we retain the taste. This is how we keep our salmon product in top shape!
