Our red gurnard, also known as the tub gurnard, comes in two options: whole fish and fillets. With both options, the fish was immediately quick-frozen after getting caught. This guarantees the freshness of the fish. Both the whole fish and the fillets come in retail bags between 500 and a 1000 grams, or in bulk boxes. The cardboard boxes range from 5 to 10 kilograms, while the polystyrene boxes range from 6 to 20 kilograms.
