As QA Manager, you are a crucial lynchpin in ensuring the quality and safety of our seafood products.

Job Description

Your responsibilities include:

Performing quality control throughout the production process;

Compliance and enforcement of food safety standards in accordance with BRC and IFS;

Identify and implement process improvements within the quality management system;

Collaborate with various departments to ensure all products meet set specifications and quality standards;

Management of documentation and quality reports;

Responsible for the design and adherence to quality planning which takes care of keeping the handbook up to date and required maintenance activities.

Job requirements

HBO working and thinking level, preferably with a background in food technology, food technology, or a similar field of study;

Experience in a quality related position within the food industry, preferably in the seafood industry;

Extensive knowledge of and experience with food safety standards such as BRC and IFS;

Strong analytical ability and excellent attention to detail;

Able to convey information clearly to others and is open to feedback;

Relatable and hands-on approach;

Ability to function effectively both independently and as part of a team;

Good communication skills, both in Dutch and English;

Experience with Office software and ERP systems.

Work Hours

Flexible working hours, typical working hours are from 07:00-13:00 and 14:00-16:00.
