About the feature
Neerlandia-Urk has been active for three years in the processing and distribution of whole salmon and trout. Over the past three years, substantial investments have been made in salmon processing, resulting in a state-of-the-art filleting and packing line. Because salmon processing is getting busier, there is a need for an extra chef.
As a salmon filleting chef you are responsible for the entire salmon processing process:
Whole salmon intake;
Quality control during salmon production;
Orderly processing the salmon into fillets and portions according to the customer’s wishes.
